We're looking for someone who lives inside Clay and thinks in workflows.You'll build the prospecting engine behind campaigns that generate millions in pipeline for our clients. That means designing enrichment waterfalls, writing AI research prompts, pulling from 50+ data sources, and turning messy lead lists into hyper-personalized outreach. This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You'll be testing, breaking, and rebuilding workflows constantly to squeeze out better data and smarter personalization at scale.You're a fit if you can build a Clay table from scratch without watching a tutorial, understand waterfall enrichment and why sequence matters, and have written prompts that make AI actually useful instead of generic. You should get excited about finding obscure data sources and care about clean data as much as creative copy. Experience with cold email infrastructure is a plus, along with familiarity with tools like Apollo, Ocean.io, Lead Magic, and BuiltWith. You find the people our clients need to talk to. Your job is to build targeted, verified lead lists that actually convert. No scraped garbage. No "close enough" targeting. You'll dig through databases, refine ICPs, and deliver lists that make our copywriters' jobs easier and our clients' pipelines fuller. You'll work closely with our GTM Engineers and Client Success team to understand who we're targeting, then go hunt them down across Apollo, Ocean.io, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and whatever else gets the job done. You're a fit if you know the difference between a list and a good list, can navigate Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and similar platforms without hand-holding, and obsess over data quality because wrong emails and bad titles genuinely bother you. You should understand what makes someone a qualified prospect versus just a name, and be able to manage multiple client lists simultaneously without dropping balls. Experience with B2B lead generation or sales ops is helpful, and familiarity with enrichment tools like Clay, Clearbit, or Lead Magic is a bonus. In return, you'll learn advanced prospecting strategies across 50+ data sources, how AI-powered personalization actually works at scale, and the mechanics behind campaigns generating $8M+ in client revenue.
